TELOS Multiplier Event at the Landscape Forum Stuttgart Region from June 27 - July 1, 2023
The Landscape Forum Stuttgart Region was a very successful event hosted by Nürtingen-Geislingen University in cooperation with the TELOS partners. The event was attended by 180 participants from 20 countries.
The integration of TELOS outputs and activities was achieved in multiple ways:
- Organisation of an international student competition in which the TELOS educational approach has been applied, this was from October 2022 - January 2023 and the results were exhibited during the landscape forum. This way, we could show a concrete application of the TELOS curriculum. Download a presentation of the winning teams.
- TELOS lecturer Maria Beatrice Andreucci from La Sapienza University in Rome gave a keynote lecture on June 28 from a TELOS perspective titled 'Progressing the Energy Transition through Safe and Just Earth System Boundaries'
- The TELOS project was also presented during this plenary session
- All through the event, we showed a TELOS poster exhibition with explanation of Output 1, the TELOS curriculum and its elements. During an interactive poster session, all participants engaged with this output and gave additional feedback
- Results from the landscape forum were also included in the forum documentation (to be published in Mary 2024)
- Results for the TELOS Intensive Study Programme that ran partially in parallel to the Landscape Forum were presented to a broad forum audience which contributed to disseminating the TELOS approach to landscape economy and systems design
